At Divacicks Shop , we pride ourselves on crafting high-quality, custom-designed bomber jackets that reflect your unique style. While we strive to ensure every order meets our standards — and yours — we understand things can occasionally go wrong. Below is our return and refund policy outlining how we handle issues with orders, including misprints, damage, incorrect shipments, and more.
📦 Reporting Issues
To qualify for a return or replacement, please report any issues within 30 days of receiving your product. For lost packages, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date provided by the carrier.
If your item is damaged, defective, or does not match your order specifications, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you — if it’s determined to be our fault .
Please submit a problem report via our contact form or support email if you or your customer notices any issues with the product or shipment.
✅ When We Offer Refunds or Replacements
We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Here are the scenarios in which we offer assistance:
1. Color Does Not Match Preview
Our printing machines are among the best in China, delivering vibrant and accurate results after extensive testing. However, due to the chemical nature of printing and variations in screen displays, minor color differences are expected and considered acceptable.
Color discrepancies will only be covered under our quality assurance if:
- The final product is significantly different from the preview (e.g., red vs. blue).
- There is an obvious mismatch between light gray and dark gray shades.
Note: Fabric type also affects print results. Smooth fabrics tend to produce darker prints, while breathable or stretchy materials may result in lighter tones. This variation is normal and expected during production.
2. Size Inconsistency
We provide detailed size charts and measurement instructions for all products. If the received item is too large or too small, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can assist.
Once production has begun, any changes will require a partial payment to cover production costs.
3. Faulty or Damaged Product
If you receive a defective or damaged item (e.g., incorrect quantity, poor stitching, broken zippers), we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Required Documentation:
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and original packaging
Important Notes:
- Minor printing imperfections (e.g., slight alignment shifts) are within acceptable manufacturing tolerances and do not qualify as defects.
- Footwear designs are based on an average EU 41 size, so minor printing inconsistencies across sizes are considered normal.
4. Incorrect Recipient Information
If the recipient details provided were incomplete or inaccurate, the package may be returned to our fulfillment center. To resubmit the order with corrected information, you will need to place a new order and pay the associated costs.
Tips:
- Respond promptly to calls from carriers or local postal services to avoid delays or returns.
- Orders returned due to unclaimed status or failure to respond to customs clearance requests will not be resent.
5. Recipient Refused Delivery
If your customer refuses the package during transit, it will be returned to our fulfillment center. To have the order resent, you must place a new order and pay the required fees.
6. Unclaimed Order
If the recipient fails to collect the package from the post office or carrier facility within the designated time frame, the package may be returned to us. You can place a new order, and we will process a refund for the product cost only (shipping charges are non-refundable).
7. Customer Satisfaction
We stand by our products and will gladly offer a replacement or refund if there are serious quality issues . However, we do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product quality, such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with fit or design.
All items sold through Divacicks Shop are custom-made , meaning each piece is uniquely created for you. As such, returning without valid cause is not supported.
If you’d like to reorder with modifications, simply place a new order and notify us of the issue.
8. Lost or Lapsed Orders
If your order was lost due to our error, we will immediately reschedule production and ship a new order at no extra charge. Please contact us as soon as you become aware of the issue.
💸 Refund Policy Details
- All refunds will equal the original order total , excluding shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds for replacements apply only to the product cost ; shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customized items are not eligible for standard returns unless they fall under one of the above qualifying conditions.
