Refund and Returns Policy

At DivaCicks, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Refund requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours.


How to Request a Refund

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide the following when contacting us:

  • A. Photos or videos clearly showing the product issue (e.g., damage, wrong item).
  • B. Screenshots of any customer disputes or communications (e.g., PayPal claims, emails).
  • C. Your order number and tracking information (if applicable).

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal). For faster processing, you may also choose to receive store credit, which can be used for future purchases or withdrawn at any time.


Eligible Refund Cases

1. Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, we offer a full refund or replacement.

2. Incorrect or Missing Items
Receive the wrong product, color, size, or a missing component? We’ll refund or reship the correct item at no cost. You do not need to return the incorrect product.

3. Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund promptly.

4. Shipping Delays
We offer a refund if your order exceeds the expected delivery time (see our Shipping Policy for details), provided the delay is not due to address errors, unclaimed packages, or force majeure events.

5. Missing Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will refund the full order amount.

6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Note: Customized or personalized items (e.g., POD orders) cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins.

7. Warranty
All products come with a 30-day warranty from the delivery date. Refunds are not provided after this period.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The tracking status confirms delivery.
  • The package is unclaimed or returned due to an incorrect address.
  • Disputes are raised after 30 days of delivery.
  • Delays or damages result from force majeure events (natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, customs delays, etc.).
  • The customer simply changes their mind or dislikes the product.
  • Items are used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Returns

Due to high shipping costs and logistical complexities, we generally discourage returns. However, if a return is necessary:

  • You must request it within 10 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Returns must be sent to a designated US-based address (provided upon approval).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.
